K Mart Privacy Policy

K Mart (“we”) operates the K Mart mobile apps and website at kurdistan-mart.web.app. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account: name, phone number, and password used to sign in.
• Profile: optional profile photo.
• Orders: product links, photos, sizes, notes, and delivery address.
• Location: used only when you choose “Use my location” to set a delivery address.
• Notifications: a device push token so we can send order updates when the app is closed.
• Device: basic app activity needed to keep your account signed in and show your orders.

How we use data

We use this information only to create your account, process and deliver orders, show your order status, and send related notifications. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising IDs.

Sharing

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Messaging). Store staff see order details so they can buy and deliver items. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and order data while your account is active. In the iOS and Android apps, open Profile → Delete account to permanently delete your sign-in, profile, and personal data. You can also contact us to update or delete your account.
